  • Thirsty Lizards has gathered can tabs at various music festivals, including the Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival and the Rhythm and Roots Music Festival. See our tally from those and other festivals.
  • Elizabeth M. White Adult Day Health Center, 244 No. Main St., Raynham, MA. They provide health and social related services to elderly folks in their community.  Contact: Deborah Pratt RN, BS Program Manager.
  • Debora Finkenbinder, 504 Dogwood Lane, Jacksonville, NC 28540 ~ 910-346-2242. Deborah's credits the Shriners with changing her daughter's life.

Shriners Hospital for Children logoShriners Hospitals for Children in Springfield and Boston have been collecting pull-tabs or “pop-tops” from beverage cans since 1989, recycling them, and putting the money toward programs that directly benefit children. Since its inception, about a half-million pounds of aluminum tabs have been collected and recycled.
